If you have your OSHA 10 or 30-hour card (or certificate) please make sure to upload it on your LABER app profile.
Here is how you upload the card for verification:
1. Go to your LABER profile
2. Click the Update Profile button at the bottom of the screen
3. Scroll to the Certificates section and select what OSHA card you have
4. Tap the Upload OSHA card button
5. Take a picture of the front and back of the card (if its a certificate you only need the front)
6. Make sure all pictures are CLEARLY visible so The LABER Customer Success Team can review and approve.
7. After uploading your OSHA card, click Done
The front AND back of your OSHA Card need to be uploaded.
If you have a certificate you only need to upload the front.
Reasons for Declined Certifications
1. The image is not clear enough
2. The image is cut off
3. Wrong images are uploaded
4. Only the front or back half of the card is uploaded
