It's important to pick a great profile photo because it helps not hurts to have a photo when employers are looking at your profile. Here goes a step by step process:
1. Click on your LABER profile icon on the top navigation tab
2. Press the Update Profile button at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap the profile photo area (with the red LABER logo)
4. Select the photo you want as your profile picture
5. Click Done and you are all set!
